Jenna Koss Named News-Gazette Forty Under 40 Recipient

Campus Ink is excited to announce that Jenna Koss, Director of Corporate and Community Sales, has been named a recipient of the News-Gazette Forty under 40 award.

This award is given to outstanding young business professionals in the Champaign-Urbana community based on achievement, experience, innovation, leadership and community involvement.

In 2021, Jenna was hired at Campus Ink as the Director of Sales. She quickly rose to the top as one of Campus Ink’s most-effective sales people. In addition to consistently surpassing her lofty sales goals, she keeps the business running like a well-oiled machine. She frequently steps outside her sales role to help manage other employees, encourage team building and look for new ways to operate more efficiently.

Jenna takes time to mentor and develop other employees; not because she is required to, but because she wants to. Whether it’s leading internal sales webinars or giving advice to newcomers, she’s always willing to spread her knowledge. She welcomes the opportunity to bring everyone along for the ride.

She has also expanded her passion for mentorship outside of Campus Ink by volunteering as a mentor in Screen Print Magazine’s Mentorship Project. Through this program, Jenna meets weekly with a colleague from a fellow print shop in Oregon. She provides insights and suggestions on improvements that may be implemented into their business. Jenna creates an open environment to discuss challenges and celebrate wins. Her participation in this program proves her commitment to bettering our industry.

“Jenna has built incredibly strong relationships with our local campus and community. Since the rapid growth and expansion of our business on a national level, Jenna spends her time ensuring we continue to support the community that has supported us through our journey. Jenna has built a seven figure book of business by establishing strong partners such as the Illini Union Book Store, Gameday Spirit, Kiwanis Little League, amongst other community staples. Jenna invites our customers to have a seat at the table, and makes them feel like family. We are so proud of Jenna and the impact she makes on our business and this community,” Steven Farag, Co-Owner of Campus Ink
