PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. and CHICAGO – Campus Ink and The Brandr Group (TBG) have announced an exciting partnership aimed at accelerating opportunities for co-branded consumer products through Campus Ink’s family of NIL Stores and its Urban Champs private label jersey brand.

This collaboration will further enable Campus Ink and TBG to deliver their shared mission of providing industry-leading payouts to men’s and women’s collegiate student athletes through co-licensed and custom merchandise. Campus Ink will be kicking off their license through TBG with The Ohio State University and Michigan State University.

Backed by Mark Cuban, Campus Ink’s NIL Store network will continue to bring an array of apparel product categories to the market while also specializing in multi-sport fashion jerseys. In addition to its direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform, Campus Ink will be looking to expand its wholesale arm to continue to build out the fashion jersey segment of the marketplace.

TBG, through its established and still growing group rights collaborations with over 70 college athletic programs around the country, will provide an avenue for the Campus Ink model to flourish with its robust athlete opt-ins and enhanced licensee processes that will provide the optimum path for scaling opportunities for student-athletes around the country.

“Our mission from day one in the NIL space has been to put student-athletes first in a conversation that had previously excluded them,” said Steven Farag, CEO and co-founder of Campus Ink. “From our vantage, that means providing student-athletes with industry-leading payouts and empowering them as marketers with extensive resources and education. The Brandr Group shares our commitment to student-athlete welfare and will further enhance our ability to seamlessly onboard athletes into our program as we scale nationally.”

“We are excited by Campus Ink’s ability to fill a significant void in the market, particularly in the fashion jersey category for multiple sports and student athletes both male and female,” said Riley Haynes, Vice President of Licensing at TBG. “Their technology, production capabilities, and commitment to maximum value for the athletes are all reasons why this announcement is exciting. Our partnership is another step in helping the maturation of this new and emerging segment of the industry.”
