Pride month also known as LQBTQ Pride Month, we come together annually in June to celebrate the LGBTQ community! Representing solidarity, equality, identity, and resistance to discrimination and violence. At Campus Ink, we recognize June as a month to show support and inclusivity! In honor of this month, we have released "Pride Collection 2024".
Chicago holds many festivities over the summer months, luckily many Pride celebrations take place all over the city! These are some things to do in Chicago to celebrate Pride this summer!
1. Chicago Pride Fest 2024
Chicago Pride Fest! It is an annual celebration held over two days in June. This year the street festival is held June 22- 23 2024. 11am - 10 pm. Apart from the parade the festival features live music from 3 stages, drag performances, DJs, food vendors, and more! This festival is one of the world's largest and most well-known Pride celebrations! The event is free while suggesting donations that support LQBTQ+ organizations.
2. Pride at the Park
Pride at the Park! The Chicago White Sox dedicate a game on June 18th, 2024 to celebrate Pride. Pride Night offers the chance to be surrounded by an inclusive and supportive community. Attending the Chicago famous Guaranteed Rate Field means a good time with friends creating a space that is welcome to everyone! A ball park must!
3. Navy Pier Pride
Navy Pier Pride! Held Saturday, June 29th, 2024. 11 am - 10 pm. This free annual event offers various ways to celebrate at Chicago's famous Navy Pier! The full-day event holds live music, performances, education programs, and resources that support the LGBTQ community.
Pride Collection 2024
This year Campus Ink has put together our annual Pride Collection! Featuring various pieces representing the equality and diversity celebrated this month. Shop our Pride Collection this month to wear to a Chicago festivity! Proceeds go towards Campus Pride! An Organization leading national education resources for LGBTQ+ students.
